‘I, Angie, sign up as a participant of Self-Stitched-September. I endeavour to wear only handmade, refashioned, and altered items of clothing (except my scrubs!) every day for the duration of September 2010′.
Yep I decided to join So, Zo’s pledge to wear only handmade clothing for an entire month! What an awesome idea, right? I know many of you life myself probably watched the participants from March and May. I was so inspired and Im so glad she is opening it back up for September. I am going to try to start working on some items that can work for that month since I know I’ll be busy. (I can’t believe I will be in my last semester of school at that point! crazy!!). Anyways who is going to join in the pledge with me??
On a related note would anyone be interested in a stash busting sort of pledge or challenge? I have a ginormous pile of stash fabrics that need to be cut up and worn!

I have been chugging away at my stash busting pledge ‘Make it Work‘ for a month or so now, happy to give and receive support! I have to churn out one new garment a week from stash, plus maintain my weekly Wardrobe Refashion as well, so far so good….
I’ll be joining the Self-Stitched September challenge as well! Look forward to seeing more of your fabulous creations
